I am a freelance broadcaster and digital journalist based in the Seoul, South Korea. Before moving here I worked in radio and television for 2 and a half years in a variety of news roles for commercial stations including Scottish Television and the Bauer radio group. As a international studies master's student at Seoul National University, I have a good grasp of inter-Korean issues as well as domestic and regional current affairs and a number of useful contacts. I also run a Korean entertainment culture website which I write for and produce podcasts and have interviewed a number of influential figures in the Korean entertainment industry. I have been studying Korean for 6 years and so have a working knowledge of the local language.
