Li Xiang is a seasoned journalist based in San Francisco, USA, with a rich background in the arts and a steadfast commitment to human rights advocacy. A graduate of the Department of Art History at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in China, Li has leveraged their academic expertise to serve as a college teacher, gallery manager, and curator in Beijing, gaining a nuanced understanding of China's cultural scene. Transitioning into journalism, Li has become a prominent voice in media, currently contributing as a journalist and columnist for "Xiang Li's Perspective" on Radio Taiwan International.

In their work, Li has demonstrated a keen focus on human rights, international relations, and cultural exchange. They have reported extensively on sensitive issues, such as the disappearance of Chinese human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng, and have explored the dynamics of cultural events that foster understanding between Han and Tibetan youths.
